Sir Winston Churchill "cigar close-up" (Verlinden)
Made by Verlinden (1:4 scale, resin). It's big but fun to do. Face in oils, uniform in enamels and acrylics. I used a bit of cotton wool to simulate smoke on the cigar.(Apr. 1994)
Field Marshal Sir Bernard Law Montgomery (Verlinden)
Like the previous model this also is an 1:4 scale bust by Verlinden (resin). Method of painting is the same as above.
(Apr. 1993)
German soldier (Andrea)
This is a bust by Andrea (1/8 scale, metal). This looks like it has dropped off a propaganda poster, and that's how I tried to paint it. I still haven't the courage to paint the enblems on the helmet but so far I'm pleased with it the way it is. (Sept. 1996).
German Panzer Grenadier (Verlinden)

U.S. Navy Fighter Pilot - Pacific (Verlinden)
An 1:4 scale bust by Verlinden (resin) representing an U.S. fighter pilot in the Pacific. Method of painting; well...
what's there to say?. (Finished ?)
Luftwaffe Pilot (Verlinden)
A Luftwaffe pilot-bust by Verlinden (scale 1:4, resin). Method of painting? Yep! (Apr. 1994)
Sherman tank (Italeri)
An old model by Italeri (1/35 scale). Painted by brush in acrylics. The figure standing in front of the tank is by Verlinden (54mm, resin).
German Tiger 1 Heavy Tank (Tamiya)
A model of the giant Tiger 1 (late version) by Tamiya (plastic+photo-etched detail set). It's painted by airbrush using acrylics. I've used the tracks with separate links made by Tamiya, a photo-etched set by The Show Modelling, photo-etched leaves by Scale Link and Verlinden's Tiger I Engine compartment. (I had to take a personal loan for all this.....) Finished it somewhere in 1995.
